How do I connect my Bungie Account / claim my lifetime fundraising rewards?

Log into your Tiltify account. Click on your Profile Picture in the top right, navigate to My Account > Connected Accounts and then connect your account. Once connected see `Claim Rewards`. How do I publish my campaign?

Directly from the Overview tab of your campaign. Click Publish campaign. BE SURE TO CHECK/ENABLE ALL YOUR APPLICABLE INCENTIVES, INCLUDING THOSE FULFILLED BY THE FOUNDATION. You can check to ensure they are active and ready to be donated to by going to Incentives and ensuring Active is toggled on for each incentive. 

Can I giveaway the rewards for fundraising milestones like the Silver Age or Lifetime emblems?

No. Any milestone based rewards such as lifetime rewards (fundraising/donating) are claimable only on the Bungie Account that is connected and associated to your Tiltify account.
