Terms and Policy Guidelines Regarding Refund Requests

  • When donating to a streamer or individual's fundraising page, they offer custom incentives/emblems that are responsible to be fulfilled by the individual and not the Bungie Foundation. You will need to contact the individual directly for the reward you donated for. To contact the individual, please go to their fundraising page and scroll down to the About the campaign section and you will see that you can click on Contact fundraiser. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for the individual to respond back to you. If the timeframe exceeds 48 hours and there is no response or the individual has taken down/removed their fundraising page, please submit a ticket to us at charityevents@bungie.com to notify our team about the situation and provide the link to the individual's fundraising page as well as provide your donation receipt. We will investigate on our end before we proceed with your refund.
  • In the instance that there is an active campaign and you incorrectly donated to the Bungie Foundation's general donation page instead of to the campaign page, please submit a ticket to charityevents@bungie.com and provide your donation receipt and email address for our team to process your refund so you can correctly donate to the campaign and add the rewards to your cart.
  • We will only process refunds during the timeframe of the campaign. For example if the campaign starts on Jan.1st and ends on Jan. 31st, we will only inquire on your donation and refund if it is within the campaign window. If it is outside the campaign window - whether it is a week, two weeks, a month or a year after the campaign ends, we cannot process your refund. 
  • If you believe that a donation was made without your consent or it was an unauthorized payment, you will need to work directly with your bank to dispute the donation. Any donations that is unauthorized or without consent will need to be handled directly and correctly with your bank and not the Bungie Foundation.
  • The Bungie Foundation only takes PayPal and credit card payments. We do not use cash app, venmo or zelle.
  • If you are inquiring about a payment being deducted from your account from Bungie software, we are not affiliated with Bungie software. They are an entirely separate company from us and you will need to reach out to their website or contact support directly.
