I redeemed my items, but can't find my new Destiny 2 loot in the game.

For emblems, please go to your Collections menu (Emblems --> General) to acquire the emblem on your character.

For items such as new ghost shells, ships, or emotes, visit the Special Deliveries Kiosk in the Tower:

If you are unable to find these items, please log out and fully close the game, then relaunch. The items should be available afterward.
